**Parents/Guardians please be advised that your child will not be assigned a teacher nor will he/she be able to start the first day of school (August 11, 2025) if he/she are not enrolled through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and required documents are not turned in!**

CAMPUS PORTAL LOG IN: If you do not have your log in information please come to the office with your ID. Log in information will not be given over the phone (NO EXCEPTIONS). To avoid long wait times call the office ahead of time to let us know you need your log in information and we will have it ready for you to pick up. Your ID will still be needed to verify parent/guardian.

PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIAN must enroll their child/children.    
 

GUARDIANSHIP must provide documents to the office.


EMERGENCY CONTACTS FOR APPLICATION: First name, last name and phone number (Max 4).
Please do not add parent/guardian information under emergency contacts if they are already in the student household.
 

CURRENT PROOF OF ADDRESS 

Proof of address acceptable to the district: NO EXCEPTIONS!  

  • Mortgage Statement        
  • Lease Agreement         
  • Power Bill                  
  • Water Bill           
  • Gas Bill

*Cable, cell phone or telephone bills ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE forms of proof.      

*No termination notices are accepted.


RESIDENTIAL AFFIDAVIT

  • CCSD will no longer be accepting Residential Affidavits.  SHARED HOUSING IMPLEMENTATION (SHI) Process will be replacing Residential Affidavits. Parent/Guardians will have to fill out the SHARED HOUSING IMPLEMENTATION information on the student’s registration application. As a result of this, families who fill out the SHI will have to wait for approval from CCSD to be able to finish the registration process with the school their child will be attending. 

**VEGAS VERDES ES HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE NEW SHARED HOUSING IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS. **


STUDENTS NEW TO THE DISTRICT/ FIRST TIME ENTERING SCHOOL must have the following:

  • ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE
  • ORIGINAL IMMUNIZATIONS 
  • PARENT ID
  • Proof of address (see above for acceptable proof of address.)
  • Court Documents  (if applicable)

*Families with currently enrolled students can complete registration using Parent Portal via Infinite Campus (campusportal.ccsd.net). Please make sure you bring one proof of address (SW Gas, LVV Water, NV Energy or Lease Mortgage) and parent’s driver license or another government issued ID. If you currently have a Residential Affidavit, you will need a NEW one for the new school year.

*Families NEW to CCSD may begin their registration process online via register.ccsd.net.
